Development and Application of Military Cases
The transportation and storage of military products require packaging solutions that meet higher standards. Traditional options like wooden and iron boxes lack mobility, are inconvenient for loading and unloading, and are not environmentally friendly. These limitations make them unsuitable for packaging military products. To address this, a new generation of packaging cases called military boxes has been developed. Military cases offer enhanced convenience, mobility, and recyclability in transportation, providing optimal packaging for high-tech products. They find extensive applications in military products, logistics services, and military factories.
Characteristics of Military Cases
Military cases differ significantly from other types of cases such as aluminum die-casting boxes, plastic boxes, ABS boxes, and plastic boxes. Unlike traditional packing methods, military cases can be customized according to customer requirements, allowing for the use of a variety of materials. Options include multilayer plywood, ABS plates, aluminum plates, stainless steel plates, hollow plates, and more. This flexibility eliminates the need for mold fees and the requirement to open molds, which is typically necessary for traditional packaging methods.
External Structure of Military Cases: The body of a military case is constructed using multi-layer plywood, affixed with PBS fireproof plate, ABS, aluminum plate, and stainless steel plate. Each side of the case body is made of aluminum alloy profiles with specific thickness and strength. The corners of the case body are connected and fixed with L-shaped aluminum alloy edges and plates, reinforced by high-strength spherical wrap angles.
Internal Structure: The internal structure of the military case can be designed based on the specific characteristics of the product it is intended to house. The inner sides of the case body and the partition boards are lined with soft EVA or IXPE shockproof material. These lightweight materials provide benefits such as weight reduction, heat preservation, shock resistance, moisture resistance, oxidation resistance, and effective sealing.
The internal and external structure, as well as the materials used in military cases, determine their effectiveness in terms of fire prevention, waterproofing, shock resistance, anticorrosion properties, and ease of mobility. These advantages are fully demonstrated, with the box surface typically adopting an army green color. Shinkansen military cases, with their extensive design experience, high-precision production equipment, and excellent manufacturing technology, are highly regarded in the field of military tank manufacturing. They are available in a variety of styles, featuring an attractive appearance, safety, reliability, convenient maneuverability, good sealing, cushioning properties, and strong durability. Consequently, they are widely used in air, rail, road, and maritime transportation.
